The free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial includes the Pro allowance of credits so you can try processing and Ask AI right away. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going. Trials are one-time: resubscribing later doesn't start a new trial.

Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly price. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance and a storage and seat allowance.

Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading raises your monthly credit allowance and your storage and seat limits; downgrading lowers them. If a downgrade puts your credit balance above the new plan's cap, the balance is trimmed to that cap — see Credits.
Who can manage billing
Only an organization owner can manage billing — viewing the plan, changing it, and updating payment details. Other roles use the product but don't see billing controls. For roles and how to add people, see Organizations & members.
