What to include
The fastest reports include:
- The page URL — the address of the page you were saving, or the document in your library.
- What you did and what you expected — e.g. "clicked Save Page, expected it to finish".
- What happened instead — the exact message you saw, if there was one.
- When it happened — date and rough time, with your timezone.
For billing questions, include the email address on your account. Please don't send passwords or payment card numbers — we never need them.
